Westerly Konsort ‘Solveig’ for sale – £15,750
After nearly 17 years happy ownership of our 29ft Westerly Konsort ‘Solveig’, we are reluctantly selling her as our aspirations for sailing on the West coast have grown.
We are the third owners of ‘Solveig’ albeit the first owner only had her for a couple of years. From 2009-2022, she was kept in Limekilns where we successfully raced and cruised, including a three canals transit around Scotland in 2012. She has been on the West Coast at Dunstaffnage since 2022 where her bilge keels and shallow draft have proved a significant bonus on many of our trips, especially during challenging weather conditions. We’ve always found her to be a reliable and safe boat.
‘Solveig’ has been extensively refurbished with several significant new items such as a new engine, new sails and new prop all in 2022.
There are a number of options for any buyer as we would consider offering the short term use of our mooring at Dunstaffnage, or a delivery trip back to the East coast.
